Tutorial: Create a Custom Photo Puzzle

Learn how to create artwork for a custom photo puzzle using PhotoPlus 6 free image and photo editing software in six easy steps. Choose from ten puzzle templates that make it easier than ever to create artwork that will print perfectly on your custom photo puzzle.

Here are the steps you will take to create custom photo puzzle artwork:

 Step 1: Open a puzzle template.
 Step 2: Delete the current photo.
 Step 3: Place your own photo.
 Step 4: Resize your photo.
 Step 5: Customize your text.
 Step 6: Save PhotoPlus file and Export to a JPG file.

Let's get started...

Step 1 - Open a photo puzzle template.

 For this tutorial, download the 10"x8"* puzzle template file (PhotoPlus format .Spp).
   Right-mouse click this link: 9.5"x7.5" rectangle puzzle

* 10"x8" puzzle will be trimmed to 9.5"x7.5" by the printer.

 Choose "Save As" to save the file to your own PC hard drive.

From the File Menu, choose Open.

From the Startup Wizard, click Open Saved Work

Click Browse and locate the photo puzzle template SPP file that you saved to your local
   hard drive.

Open the template file.
